Refund & Cancellation Policy
Due to the perishable nature of dry fruits and food products, returns are limited.
Returns
- Accepted only for damaged or wrong products
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof (image/video) is required
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
